Volunteers are Needed For:

Pre-Event Team

Get the party started in advance of the big weekend! Fold teeshirts, assist with raffle packets, and transport containers to and from the contest.

Saturday Event Team

There are lots of opportunities to support the contest weekend! Help setup judges breakfast, pickup goodie bags, teeshirt sales, raffle ticket sales, raffle prizes, children’s table, The Marfan’s Foundation tent, judges lunch, contestant lunch, contest breakdown, cleanup, and site maintenance. Volunteers that work all day (7am–1pm or 12pm–6pm) will receive a t-shirt and lunch on Saturday.

Sunday Event Team

There are lots of opportunities to support the contest weekend! Help setup judges breakfast, pickup goodie bags, teeshirt sales, raffle ticket sales, raffle prizes, children’s tent, Marfans Foundation tent, judges lunch, paddle out ceremony, awards ceremony setup, contest breakdown, and cleanup.

Post-Event Team

Even after the Tommy Tant is finished, you can help wrap-up for the year. Clean banners for storage, return borrowed items in the community, and prepare thank you notes with the team.
